Perfectly Imperfect?

“It is only imperfection that complains of what is imperfect. The more perfect we are, the more gentle and quiet we become toward the defect of others”. Francois Fenelon

Wow. Humbling to realize that in my imperfection, I am prone to complain about other’s defects, when in fact, I need only go to the mirror to get a closer look.

Joy Unspeakable – Todd Agnew

Joy unspeakable! The new single by Todd Agnew.

As I was blogging over the weekend, it came on the radio, Z88.3, and it made me think, what a great blog post title.

It is a song about being married.

Cheryl, if you are reading this, today’s post is dedicated to you. Knowing you for 30 years, including the past 26 being married, I feel joy unspeakable.

The only thing more important to me than you is, um, well, nothing.

Have a great day everyone. Married or not, I hope you find joy unspeakable.

The joy is yours to find or simply yours to discover. Sometimes we have joy unspeakable, but are too busy to even notice.

Holy Family Odyssey of the Mind Team

Holy Family Catholic School Odyssey of the Mind team.

For the second consecutive year, Holy Family Catholic Church sent a team of young students to participate in Odyssey of the Mind World Championships.

This is an amazing accomplishment. The World Championships!

Click here to read the article from The Florida Catholic.

As my Family and I prepare this morning to attend Mass, we are reminded of the power of the Holy Spirit.

We are also reminded that great results require a whole team of people to make dreams come true.

Perhaps, if every person from every religion banded together to make Love stronger than hate, we could actually see a day where world peace is no longer a wish.

Now there’s an odyssey of the mind for ya. Carpe diem, jeff noel 🙂

Carpe diem

Carpe diem.

My signature closing on every jeff noel, Lane 8, Mid Life Celebration, and jungle jeff blog post.

Every time.

Why?

Because last year on our son’s first grade reading log, we had to sign off on his time read and pages read. Every time I signed off, I would put a little smiley face.

I stopped doing it after a while, because I thought maybe it was childish.

Our son asked my wife, while I was away on a business trip, “Why doesn’t Daddy use smiley faces anymore”?

He noticed it. He appreciated it. He missed it.

I fixed that quickly.

Child Earns Money on Internet Business

Child earns money on Internet Business.

I recently have been challenging our son to find a way(s) to earn money on the Internet.

You know, set up a lemonade stand out by the road.

Except, those days are simply a fond memory. In today’s world, why not the Internet? Why not as a child?

What’s holding me back from thinking this is possible?

Nothing.

Because I think it’s completely possible, guess who else thinks it’s completely possible?

Exactly!

Anything holding you back?
